Mailchimp Integration

In this article, we will discuss the process of setting up Mailchimp integration in the REALSTACK app. This will allow you to import website lead contacts directly from the REALSTACK app to Mailchimp.

Mailchimp Integration

1. Login to your profile on the REALSTACK application.
2. Open your profile by clicking your name in the top right corner and then selecting My Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom of your profile to the Connected Apps section.
4. Toggle the Mailchimp switch to Yes.
5. You'll see a popup asking if you'd like to connect. Click "Yes Connect Mailchimp Account".
6. At the Mailchimp login screen, log into your account. 
7. If you have multiple Mailchimp accounts, select the one you'd like to integrate with. 
8. Authorize REALSTACK to access your Mailchimp account.

Contact Sync Settings for Mailchimp

1. Login to your profile on the REALSTACK application.
2. Open your profile by clicking your name in the top right corner and then selecting My Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom of your profile to the Connected Apps section.
4. Select Contacts Sync Settings.

In the  List Title input field, enter your audience from Mailchimp. This is the list that contacts collected in the REALSTACK application will be sent to in Mailchimp. Make sure the List Title field matches the MailChimp audience name exactly.

The Daily Sync setting gives you the option to sync contacts daily into Mailchimp or a do one-time sync. 

Filters for Contacts

• If your brokerage has multiple offices set up in REALSTACK, you have the option to send contacts for a specific office using the Office filter.
• You can use the Type filter to add one of the following type options to your contact agent, appraiser, attorney, broker, client, inspector, lender, media, prospect, surveyor, title, or other.
• The Email Opt-in setting gives you the opportunity to choose between sending only contacts that have opted in to receive your emails or all contacts regardless of their opt-in status.
