REALSTACK User Roles

REALSTACK offers a variety of User Roles within the application. This gives brokerages the opportunity to restrict user access based on that user's role in the organization. Below is a list of User Roles and their definitions.

Roles:

Network Admin - has access to all information within the Network such as the Network profile, brokerages, offices, users, and listings. They can edit any of these.

Network User - has access to any listings that have Team View within the Network, but can only edit listings on which they are a listing rep.

Brokerage Admin - has access to all listings within the brokerage they are a part of as well as offices and users within this brokerage.

Brokerage User - has access to any listings that have Team View within the brokerage, but can only edit listings on which they are a listing rep.

Office Admin - has access to all listings within an office as well as the office profile and users within said office. This user can also edit users within the office.

Office User - is restricted to the visibility of listings within the office that have Team View or listings that they are a listing rep on.
