How to Add Texas IABS and Consumer Notice to Your Agent Profile

Texas Law requires that real estate license holders provide certain information to potential buyers and sellers. In this article, we display the steps to add a link to both your IABS and TREC Consumer Notice on your REALSTACK Profile.

Prerequisites

Prior to starting these steps, you will need to have a share link for both your IABS and your TREC Consumer Notice.

Share URL Option 1 - Preferred

Add your IABS and TREC Consumer Notice to a drive and copy the file share link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc).

Make sure that the permission settings on your PDF are set to "Anyone with the URL can view"

Google Drive

Dropbox

Share URL Option 2

If you have editor access to your website, you can upload the PDF to your website directly. First, upload the file to your website's media library, then copy the File URL from the attachment details.

If you do not have editor access to your website, you can send your IABS to support@realstack.com with a request for it to be uploaded, and we will provide a URL.
