Rules

A rule is a set of conditions you configure to route leads to groups or individual users logically. A rule automatically assigns leads to a specific user or group based on certain conditions. For example, if you have only one agent licensed in Oklahoma, create a rule with the condition when the state equals OK. Then, assign this Oklahoma rule to the agent licensed in this state.

Conditions

One or multiple condition parameters can be set based on a listing's county, state, zip, city, price, acres, listing type, or lead type.

Groups

Creating a group of users (agents) allows the system to assign leads to this group and rotate the lead assignment (round-robin) evenly to all the group members.

Round-Robin

The round-robin system allows each agent in a group to acquire leads in a rotating order. You'll notice the contact agent section of all MLS listings will show one agent; however, once this agent has received a lead, the system will automatically update all listings to show the next agent in the group until that agent receives a lead, and so on.

Rules Priority Order

Our system evaluates lead assignment rules from top to bottom. You can drag and drop the rules in the order you would like them to be evaluated.

Functionality

How to Create a Group

1. Log in to REALSTACK.com
2. Click your name in the top right corner and go to "Lead Routing"
3. Select "Groups" > "Add Group"
4. Select the members of your brokerage that should be added to the group in the order that you wish
5. Title your group
6. Click "Save"

Set up a Lead Assignment Rule

1. Log in to REALSTACK.com
2. Click your name in the top right corner and go to "Lead Routing"
3. Select "Rules" > "Add Rule"
4. Title your rule
5. Click "Add Condition"
6. Select your conditions for this user or group to be assigned a lead
7. In "Assigned to" select a user or group
8. Click "Save"

Set Lead Assignment Priority

You can create multiple rules. This means that some rules may overlap. This is where priority becomes important. Where you have multiple rules that may apply, you will want to assign a higher priority to the rule that you find more important or applicable.

1. Log in to REALSTACK.com
2. Click your name in the top right corner and select "Lead Routing"
3. Click the "Rules" tab
4. Under "Sequence", click and drag to rearrange your rules according to priority
