Send Arrow Email Message
REALSTACK's Arrow email client allows you to initiate email conversations with contacts you have saved in your REALSTACK brokerage, and to reach your network seamlessly from inside the REALSTACK ecosystem!
To begin, click the blue + Quick button at the top right corner of your REALSTACK dashboard, and from the dropdown menu, select Send Arrow.
On the Arrow Message screen, there are several fields to fill in to ensure your message contains the desired info.
Field Explanations:
- To - Select the recipient of the email. This dropdown menu will populate with a list of your REALSTACK contacts but will also give you the option to create a new one.
- Subject - Subject line of the email.
- The Account, Deal, and Listing fields all allow you to select a corresponding record to associate the email with.
- If you've selected a listing to associate the email with, click the Insert Listing Information button beneath the Listing field to automatically insert information from that listing into the body of the email.
After filling in the body of the message, you can click Send to send the email as normal or Send & Create Follow-Up to be directed to a page where you can create a new REALSTACK Activity related to the email, with the ability to make changes to the Activity's fields manually before saving it.
Logged Activity
After sending your new Arrow email message, you'll be able to see a REALSTACK Activity logged on your Activities page. The subject field of the activity will be either the Subject field selected on the Arrow email screen or the associated listing for the Arrow message:
If you associated the Arrow email message with any Accounts, Deals, or Listings, the activity will also show up in that record under the Activity History panel:
