How to Claim Your Business on Apple Maps and Give Us Access
Keeping your business information up to date on Apple Maps is important for customers who search using iPhones, iPads, Siri, and other Apple devices. Apple manages business listings through Apple Business Connect.
We will manage your Apple Maps listing for you, but Apple requires the business owner to claim their listing first. Once you claim it, you can grant us access to manage and update it on your behalf.
Step 1: Create Your Apple Business Connect Account
-
Go to businessconnect.apple.com
Sign in with an Apple ID (or create a new one for the business).
Choosing the right Apple ID:
- Option 1 (Recommended): Create a business-only Apple ID – Recommended if you want to keep business and personal accounts separate, have multiple managers, or plan to sell, grow, or transfer the company in the future. Use your business email (like info@yourbusiness.com) to register.
- Option 2: Use your personal Apple ID – Works fine for many small businesses. Your listing will be tied to your existing Apple ID, and business notifications will go to the email connected to that account.
- Select “Small Business” (or “Enterprise” if you have 25+ locations).
- Complete your basic company profile information.
Step 2: Claim Your Business Listing
- Search for your business name in Apple Maps from the Business Connect dashboard.
- If your business appears, select it and click Claim.
- If it doesn’t appear, click Add a new location and enter your information.
- Complete Apple’s verification process.
- Apple may call your business phone, send a code, or ask for supporting documents.
- Once verified, your business will show as “Claimed” in your dashboard.
Step 3: Grant Us Access to Manage Your Listing
- From your Business Connect dashboard, click Company in the sidebar.
- Go to the Access tab.
- Click Share Access and enter our REALSTACK Agency Partner ID: 1443709345296737280
- Choose Manager as the permission level.
- Confirm and send the invitation.
Once we accept your invitation, we’ll be able to manage your Apple Maps profile.
