How to Create a Google Business Profile and Grant Access to REALSTACK

If your brokerage does not yet have a Google Business Profile, please follow the steps below to create one and grant our team access.

Before You Begin

Please create the Google Business Profile using one of the following email types:

  • The broker/owner’s email
  • A shared company marketing email (ex, marketing@yourcompany.com)
  • A shared inbox or email alias used by your brokerage

Do not create the profile using:

  • An individual agent’s email
  • A temporary marketing contractor’s email
  • A personal email not associated with the brokerage

This ensures the business profile remains under your company's control long-term.

Step 1: Create Your Google Business Profile

  1. Go to https://www.google.com/business/
  2. Click Start Now
  3. Sign in using the brokerage email you will use to manage the account.
  4. Enter your business name exactly as it should appear publicly.
  5. Choose your business category

    Example:

    • Real Estate Agency
    • Real Estate Broker
  1. Enter your business address.
  2. Add your service areas if prompted.
  3. Enter your phone number and website URL.
  4. Complete the verification process (usually by postcard or phone verification from Google).

Your profile must be verified by Google before we can complete optimization.

Step 2: Grant REALSTACK Access

Once your profile is created:

  1. Log in to your Google Business Profile Manager https://business.google.com/
  2. Select your business.
  3. Click More (three dots) or Business Profile Settings
  4. Click People and access
  5. Click Add
  6. Enter the email: google@realstack.com
  7. Select the role Manager
  8. Click Invite

If You Already Have a Google Business Profile

If your brokerage already has a Google Business Profile, you only need to add our team as a Manager using the steps in Step 2.

If you run into any issues during setup, please contact our team at support@realstack.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
