Network Solutions - Grant Delegate Access

You can grant REALSTACK delegate access to your Network Solutions account by following the steps below:


  1. Log In to Your Network Solutions Account
    1. Visit networksolutions.com and sign in with your primary account credentials.
  2. Go to “Accounts & Users”
    1. Click your profile icon or username at the top right of the dashboard.
    2. From the dropdown, choose “Accounts & Users” or a similar option depending on your interface.
  3. Select the Account You Want to Manage
    1. If you have multiple products (domains, hosting plans, email), choose the one you want to grant access to, then click “Manage”.
  4. Scroll to “User Roles & Permissions”
    1. Inside your account settings, look for the section labeled “User Roles & Permissions”. This is where you can add or edit contacts.
  5. Click “Add User”
    1. Select the option to “Add User” or “Add Contact”. Network Solutions uses contacts as the method of granting delegated access.
  6. Enter the Delegate’s Information
    1. Fill out the form with your developer or agency’s details:
      1. Full Name: Drew Troxler
      2. Email Address: support@realstack.com
      3. Role: Tech 
  7. Save and Send the Invitation
    1. Click “Save”, “Add”, or “Invite”.
    2. Network Solutions will send an email asking the new delegate to accept access.
    3. Once accepted, they’ll be able to log in and manage the items allowed by their role.
