Adding a Comparable

In this article, we are going to explain the process of adding a comparable to one of your listings within the REALSTACK app. This is an important tool that grants you access to create a comparable for any of your listings under your account.

Adding a Comparable

1. Login to your REALSTACK app.

2. From the menu on the left side of your screen, select the "listings tab". Then, select the "view listings" option to access all of your previous listings.

3. Find your desired listing under the listings page, then locate the 3 bar icon on the right side of the listing. Select this icon to access the drop-down menu, then from there select "edit".

4. On the edit listing page, locate the "status" field. Click the drop-down menu, and then select the "sold" option.

5. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and find the "Save & Create Comp" option. This will create the comparable for your listing.
