How to Import Contacts (Incomplete)

In this article, we are going to explain the process of importing contacts within the REALSTACK app. This is a helpful feature that helps to efficiently add depth to your REALSTACK account.

Importing Contacts

Login to your Client Admin account in the REALSTACK app.

1. Click on your name on the top right of your screen so that the drop down menu comes down. Within the drop-down menu, click on "data import".  

2. You will then be directed to a new screen with two options, "import data" or "view import history". You are going to select "import data".

3. The next screen will ask whether you would like to import accounts or contacts. Select "Contacts".

4. You will now be directed to a new page that is asking what type of file you want to import from your contacts. There is only one option, "CSV file", so click this option and then Next. 

5. A new menu will appear giving you the option to choose which user you would like to load contacts into. After selecting a user, click Next to continue.
