Upload & Manage Photos

In this article, we are going to discuss how to upload and manage photos to a listing in the REALSTACK App. REALSTACK makes it easy to upload, sort, and manage photos for all of your listings.

Uploading Photos

1. Login to REALSTACK.

2. On the left navigation menu click “Listings” then “View Listings”

3. Find the listing you want to edit using the search bar and or drop down filters and click the triple line action menu then manage photos.

4. They’re two ways to upload photos to REALSTACK. Note: Photos must be less than 16 MB to upload. 

   1. Drag and drop photos to the “Drop Files Here” box at the top of the screen and then click start upload. 

   2. Click “Add Files…” and select the photos you want to upload. Then click “Start Upload”. 

Managing Photos

1. Login to REALSTACK.
2. On the left navigation menu click “Listings” then “View Listings”
3. Find the listing you want to edit using the search bar and or drop down filters and click the triple line action menu then manage photos.

Featured Photos

Setting featured photos gives you the ability to create a separate photo gallery on a listing. Our clients have used this feature to highlight aspects of their properties such as wildlife, hunting, natural landmarks, and more!

1. On the left side of the manage photos window click the star icon to select the feature photos.

Photo Titles & Descriptions

Setting a title and description for a photo helps your sites search engine optimization and helps keep things organized internally. 

1. In the manage photo window enter the title and description in the title and description fields.

Deleting Photos

There are three ways to delete photos from a listing. 

1. To delete photos individually, in the Manage Photos window find the photo you wish to delete and click the red trash button and the photo will automatically delete. 
2. To delete multiple photos at once. In the Manage Photos window find the photos you wish to delete and click the box on the far right, then click delete. 
3. To delete all the photos on a listing, In the Manage Photos window select “Check All” and then click delete.

Sort Photos

The order of the photos in the REALSTACK app will be the order in which they are displayed on your website.

1. In the Manage Photos window select the “Sort Images” tab in the top left. 

2. Drag and drop photos to select the order you desire.

3. Click “Save Order” in the bottom left.
