Auto-Generate Brochures for Listings

Today we're going to explain how to Auto-Generate Brochures for listings in the REALSTACK App.

Let's get started!

Before we get started, note several requirements for a brochure to be generated or re-generated for a listing:

The listing must be in an active status such as new listing, available, or under contract.
The listing must have a minimum of 10 photos.
If you have added a custom brochure to a listing, the system will not auto-generate a brochure.

How to Auto-Generate Brochures for Listings

1. Go to REALSTACK.com and log in to your REALSTACK account.

2. Click on your name in the top right corner.

3. Click on "Brokerage".

4. In the "Logo" section use drag and drop or click to upload your logo.

5. Click Save.

2. Click on "Brochures".

3. Make sure the "Auto-Generate Brochures" slider is turned ON.

4. This section is also where you can customize the appearance of your brochures including colors, selecting maps, and disclaimer information.

5. Click Save.

1. On the left navigation menu click "Listings" then "View Listings".

2. Find the appropriate listing and click on the action menu to the right of the listing's information.

3. Click "Edit".

4. Scroll down and find the brochure section. If a brochure is already there, click "Remove Brochure" and then click "Ok" on the popup.

5. Click Save.

6. On the listing detail page you will see the brochure will auto-generate.

7. Click the brochure link to download the brochure.

2. Find the appropriate listing and click on the action menu to the right of the listing's information.

3. Click "Edit".

4. Scroll down and find the brochure section. If a brochure is already there click "Remove Brochure" then click "Ok" on the popup.

5. Drag and drop or click the brochure section to upload your own brochure.

6. Click Save.
