Land.com Feed - Things to Know
This article details a few things to know regarding your Land.com syndication feed.
Listing Feed Startup
What happens to my existing listings in Land.com?
When the syndication feed from REALSTACK to Land.com is enabled, Land.com will set the current listings to inactive and import the listings within the REALSTACK feed as active. The previous listings now set to inactive remain accessible in the Property Control Center, along with all related statistics and leads.
Can I edit my listings in Land.com?
When a feed is enabled, REALSTACK will be the single data source for your listings. You are not able to add or edit listings in the Land.com Property Control Center. All listing management will now be done within REALSTACK. The only exception is that certain attributes specific to Land.com are not available in the feed specifications, and are selectable (checkboxes) on each listing in the Property Control Center.
What if I have certain listings in Land.com that are not in REALSTACK?
If you have any listings on your Land.com profile that have not yet been added to REALSTACK, you'll need to make these updates before enabling the listing feed.
How do I request a Land.com feed setup?
The brokerage admin or owner of the Land.com parent account will need to email support@realstack.com and your Land.com account representative with your parent and child IDs, stating that you would like to set up a feed from your REALSTACK account. REALSTACK support will handle all configurations from there.
Update Frequency
Our syndication feed checks for brokerage-wide listing updates or additions every 3 hours, beginning at 9 am Central Time daily.
Listing updates will populate your Land.com listings typically within 10 minutes to 1 hour after the feed runs. Land.com's processing of the feed can vary based on the current workload of their import system.
I can see my listings now, but some do not have photos yet.
Land.com processes listing data first and then photos. Depending on the quantity of photos in your feed, there can be a slight delay in processing photos in the queue. In most instances, new listing photos will be processed within 1 hour. After the initial feed is processed, photo processing is much faster going forward, since there are fewer photos to process.
Leads & Analytics
You will not lose any analytics, including leads and page views, on listings uploaded before the syndication feed was enabled. You can access all the listing statistics in your Land.com Property Control Center.
Will my Land.com leads be in REALSTACK?
Land.com leads do not syndicate back to REALSTACK via this feed, but they can still be managed and downloaded in the Property Control Center.
Can REALSTACK import my listings page views from Land.com?
Analytics, including page views, also do not syndicate into REALSTACK, and therefore cannot be factored into REALSTACK listing performance reports.
Listing Limits
I have a 100 listings limit with Land.com, but I have 125 listings. How do I pick which listings to feed?
REALSTACK offers a Display Manager feature that lets you toggle which listings to include in the feed, along with quantities and more. To learn more about this feature, visit https://help.realstack.com/article/141-listing-display-manager
