How to Add a Deal for Buyer's Representative or Referral Closing

In this article, we will explain the process of adding a deal when you represented the buyer or was a referral only.  

NOTE - Every Deal requires a Listing.  Adding a Buyer's Rep or Referral Only Deal will require you to enter a listing with only the minimal required information with the Quick Add Listing feature on the Add Deal form.

Adding a Buyer Rep Deal

1. Login to the REALSTACK web application.
2. In the left navigation menu find and click Deals > Add Deal

   

3. From the Deal Type dropdown list box, select the value "Buyer Rep."
   

   

4. Next, input the Deal Name into the text box.
5. Place your cursor in the Listing text box and a dropdown list will appear.  Click "Add New Listing" from the dropdown and a pop-up will appear.
   

   

6. From the Add New Listing pop-up, input only the minimal required information.  Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).
   

   

7. Click the Save button in the Add New Listing pop-up window and you will be returned to the Add Deal form.  Continue to complete the Add Deal form with the closing information.
